From Formula Development to Final Delivery
A successful private label probiotic powder project often requires more than manufacturing. Formula development, sample testing, packaging customization, production planning and international shipping can all influence the final result.
We worked with a Cambodia-based entrepreneur who was starting a new dietary supplement business. Over several months, we helped the customer move from an initial collagen drink concept to a customized probiotic powder approved for production.

From Collagen Drink to Custom Probiotic Powder
The customer was new to the supplement industry and initially planned a private label collagen drink. After reviewing the local market, international freight cost and category competition, the project shifted to a custom probiotic powder.
Changing the product category meant restarting formulation. Our R&D team prepared samples and continued adjusting them in response to customer feedback rather than moving into production before approval.
After several rounds of testing and approximately six months of communication and development, the customer approved the final sample and placed the order in April.

Packaging & Delivery
Custom Packaging, Production and Shipping Support
The specialized packaging format required a longer preparation period than standard supplement packaging. Custom packaging production took approximately 20 days, followed by a total product production period of approximately 25 days.
The customer already had an international freight forwarder, while our team continued assisting with communication and shipment coordination. When some outer cartons were damaged in transit, we helped communicate with the forwarder and resolve the issue.
The products were delivered successfully, and the customer was satisfied with the final probiotic powder after the earlier rounds of formulation and sample adjustments.
